I work with organizations to achieve a level of THRIVE. To sustain is greater than making it through this year's budget with trepidation. It's about asking who we will be in 5, 10, 25 years and creating a map together to get there.

My work as an organizational intuitive, peace bringer, and transitionalist explores the root causes of chaos and begins there. Earned revenue, contributed revenue, program analysis, asking hard questions, simplifying systems, improving human culture, incorporating all of the creative elements: it's all part of the approach I take to navigate change and predict life-cycle shifts. Adaptation. I take a creative approach to fiscal responsibility, transparency, and sustainable modeling.

I work with CEOS and VISIONARIES to move ideas forward through thought partnership, project management, and foundational support for the hot seat.

I believe a good leader cares about her team and sees herself as a grower of humans equal to a grower of vision. When there is harmony in an organ-ization, there is life, joy, and success. This is the very starting point of my bliss.
